ANSWERING A LARGE NUMBER OF INCOMING TROUBLESHOOTING CALLS* SOLVING
TECHNICAL ISSUES* FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS
WORKING PROPERLY* MAKE ACCURATE DECISIONS* PROVIDE ACCURATE
