division is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst project role
in New Brunswick, NJ to provide financial support to the Global
Services business and support the Consumer Health Separation

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be
completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal
requirements including consultation with works councils and other
employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary
conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following
conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with
New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes
would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer
Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary
consultation processes. Key Responsibilities The Global Services
Business Support SFA will support overall FP activities for the
region and GS functions (Finance / HR / Procurement / GS S) in
support of Consumer Health Separation and other strategic projects
in the Functions. Responsibilities include: + Provide regional
financial support to the functions across major strategic
initiatives, which includes project cost & headcount tracking,
managing cost centers, and actuals closing processes + Provide
financial support to the functional FP leads / managers in support
of the Consumer Health Separation process, which includes
partnering with regional and global FP GS teams to understand the
base business + Help prepare presentation of materials for reviews,
as needed + Drive standardization and streamline reporting of
review decks, consolidation templates, and support automation of
all financial packages in support of GS project initiatives +
Support ad-hoc projects for continuous process improvements The
role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape,
and Deliver with regard to performance by utilizing performance
metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs,
challenging the status quo by setting aggressive performance
targets, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed
and agility. Qualifications+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is
required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data
Analytics or Accounting + MBA, financial certification in ACA,
ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent is preferred + A minimum 3
years finance or related business experience is required + Advanced
Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas,
VLOOKUP functions) + Demonstrated experience in ability to partner
with associates at all levels of the organization is required +
Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with
solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills are
required + Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking
analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record and
intellectual curiosity is required + Must work well in a dynamic
environment and be able to recommend and implement process
improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously + Knowledge of data analytics software (e.g.
Alteryx, Tableau) is preferred + SAP and TM1 experience is
