Companies is recruiting a Lead Financial Analyst to drive strategic
initiatives within global Instrumentation that will collaborate
across multiple functions across all regions. This role will
provide critical leadership and development for a team of three
people and will be located in Raynham, MA; New Brunswick, NJ;
Warsaw, IN; or West Chester, PA. DePuy Synthes provides one of the

provides key Financial leadership to non-Finance business partners.

their development. Key Responsibilities: + Support $400MM+ of
Global Instrument budget, including forecasting, actual reporting,
and long-range planning. + Drive process improvement in
coordination with cross-functional partners to increase return on
investment. + Improve and standardize our reporting capabilities,
championing the use of technology and automation to enhance the
decision making utility of our analytics. + Support the
implementation of new tools to bring broader transparency to our
CAPEX spending across DePuy Synthes, helping to develop tools and
metrics to identify areas of opportunity. + Cultivate compliance
and suggest ways to improve the way we work + Coach, mentor, and
guide three individuals using the J 5 Conversation framework.
Qualifications+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, or other related
field. + Advanced degrees or certifications such as a Master's/MBA,
CPA or CMA is preferred. + A minimum of 3 years of relevant finance
experience is required. + Experience in Med Tech, Pharmaceutical,
Consumer goods or Public Accounting is preferred. + Intermediate to
Advanced MS Excel skills are required. (i.e. Pivot Tables,
Formulas, & VLOOKUP functions) + Experience with TM1, SAP and
BlackLine is preferred. + Experience using and creating in Tableau
and/or Power BI preferred. + Supply Chain experience and
Intercompany Pricing is preferred. + The ability to work well in a
cross-functional environment and build support across all levels of
the organization is required. + Experience leading teams is
required. + The ability to produce analytics that support rapid,
but fact-based decision-making with imperfect data is required. +
The ability to balance multiple priorities and take an agile
approach within defined parameters based on business needs and
objectives is required. Other: + This position may require up to
