Join us and make a difference.An ideal candidate would be required to play a leading role in establishing advanced analytical and data science capabilities for the Market Supply Operations (MSO) group. The MSO group is a part of the Global Supply Chain organization and is responsible for providing integrated supply, distribution, global logistics, and management of finished goods for BMS' markets and customers worldwide. The candidate's role would facilitate this group to make informed business decisions through the use of all phases of the analytical maturity (Descriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive).

  • Supporting Business Decisions - Work closely with stakeholders to address key business questions within an assigned area. This shall include all steps from problem identification, key question development through hypotheses testing, driving analyses, and presenting key findings to leadership
  • Driving Analytics and Capabilities - Play a critical role in answering business questions using innovative analytic and data visualization techniques and by leveraging the group's existing capabilities, standards, processes, and methodologies
  • Strengthening Partnerships - Play an important role in developing and strengthening the relationship between BIA and GPS stakeholders. Additionally, also collaborate within BIA as well as other BMS Enabling Functions (such as IT, Finance, Procurement, etc.). It will be important for the candidate to help grow partnerships with these teams to ensure optimal engagement with stakeholdersRequirements:
    • 3+ years of related experience at a global pharmaceutical, consumer product or related company.
    • BA/BS required; MSci, MEng, MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
    • Preferred: Leadership skills; process knowledge/mindset; cross-functional stakeholder management.
    • Preferred: Experience in supply chain or related field
    • Preferred: Experience in working in a fast-paced, global pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or Consumer company organized in a matrix structure.
    • Knowledge of ERP, ideally SAP and SAP BW reporting, and related supply chain planning and data analysis tools.
    • Proficiency with programming in R or Python.
    • Experience with data visualization and presentation (Tableau).
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
    • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
    • Customer oriented.
