making. This role will accelerate this transformation and will
shape the future direction of J&J Finance's data strategy. As
Director of Finance Data and Integration Strategy you will be
responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end data strategy
and data management practices within J&J's Finance Eco-System
as well as driving the understanding of connected system solutions
and data infrastructure across SigniFi and broader Finance
Operations groups. - This will require the successful candidate to
develop strong business partnerships across key stakeholder groups
to understand how technology solutions and associated data models
are transforming our digital capabilities while also determining
where innovation can advance business priorities. The candidate's
team will be responsible for establishing enhanced data governance
and data management processes and capabilities while working
closely with stakeholders to continually advance the understanding
and utilization of the technology and data. This role offers a
unique opportunity to contribute to an evolving finance technology
and have ownership over the strategic integration of global finance
data throughout the eco-systems delivering direct value to the
business through governance, data literacy and data management to
ultimately advance our analytical capabilities. This individual
will work hand in hand with business partners to embed the strategy
into our ways of working enabling J&J to significantly enhance
business data and finance capabilities and cultivating a culture
where data is routinely sought, valued as an asset, and utilized
for decision-making at all levels and functions. The ideal
candidate for this position should possess a flexible and strategic
mindset, as well as well-rounded leader that includes significant
experience with technology, finance processes and data modeling. We

individual who demonstrates excellent business acumen and the
ability to influence stakeholders.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
- Leads stakeholders and Global Finance teams (BUF, Global
Services, Treasury, Corporate, Supply Chain) in developing and
executing strategies to govern, manage, comprehend, and better
utilize data to drive business outcomes.
- Develops and translates strategies into team and broader FTS
operational goals and objectives, identifying necessary resources
(people and capital) to execute
- Provides data stewards and SME's with counsel and partnership
that enables enhanced business capabilities by defining best in
class data management approaches across enterprise finance
programs/ projects -
- Develops a clearly defined Finance Data Strategy, refreshed
annually, with deployment roadmap and socialized with executive
leadership
- Primary point of contact to project teams to coordinate
education, training, design, solution integration, data validation
quality impacts to end-users and supporting organizations
- Champions data strategy for all Finance Functions and
Enterprise initiatives. Promotes awareness and full connectivity to
SigniFi Enterprise Designs across J&J's Executive
Leadership
- Collaboratively reviews, analyzes, evaluates ideas, projects
and opportunities for new technologies and business needs ensuring
solutions are aligned with data strategy and data management
principles
- Serve as a People Manager shaping organizational design,
leading recruiting, onboarding / training of new team members as
well as driving staff development & succession planning
- Developing the business architecture framework and associated
data strategy for selecting financial tool suites, as well as
designing and executing the methodology for implementation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a
major in Computer Science, Business or Finance. An advanced degree
(e.g., Masters, MBA) or certification (e.g. CMA, PMP, SAP, DAMA) is
preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience is
required.
- Deep knowledge of finance process (A2R, I2C, P2P, FP&A) and
technology (ERP, Business Warehouse) and the inter-dependencies is
required
- Experience in assessing and implementing data
systems/technology solutions within Finance business process
requirements to successfully drive operational productivity,
strategy optimization, process improvements, and efficiencies is
required
- Proficiency to network, collaborate and generate consensus
effectively in a complex, matrixed environment possessing strong
communication skills, promoting inclusion, and building trusting
relationships with business partners across all levels of the
organization is required
- A visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to bring
clarity to complex concepts and to translate business needs into
operational finance / technology solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead & get things done through
influence toward a common vision versus line responsibility is
required
- Up to 15% domestic and international travel may be required as
business demands The base pay range for this position is $137,000 -
$235,750. The Company maintains highly competitive,
performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines,
this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in
accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual
performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive
to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and
the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual
basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee
benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension
plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and
work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of
