Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers (BMS) Executive, Full-Time Brooklyn, NY (Brownsville) BMS Family Health & Wellness Centers (BMS) is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to help shape the financial future of a Federally Qualified Health Center serving one of Brooklyn's most underserved communities. Reporting to the President & CEO , the CFO will lead financial strategy, strengthen fiscal infrastructure, and ensure long-term financial sustainability while supporting innovative, patient-centered healthcare delivery. What You'll Do * Lead financial strategy and long-term planning * Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting * Ensure compliance with GAAP, HRSA, and FQHC regulations * Strengthen revenue cycle and reimbursement performance * Manage federal grant financial oversight * Develop and lead the finance team Requirements: What We're Looking For * CPA required * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration * 15 years of financial leadership experience * Experience in FQHC, nonprofit healthcare, or community health centers * Expertise in Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement and federal grants Why Join BMS? * Opportunity to lead financial strategies for a mission-driven healthcare organization to ensure organizational viability to continuously and meaningfully?impact?the?community.
