Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) Employee discounts Paid time off Busy Medical Office seeking Experienced Part-Time and Full-Time Receptionist patient coordinator Your Responsibilities will include Answering Heavy Volume phones Scheduling Patient appointments Checking Patients in and/or out Checking Patient Insurance Collecting copayments when applicable Collecting payment for products Reconciling money at the end of the day Prepare charts for the next day Routing Incoming mail and faxes Messaging doctors on behalf of patients This is a very busy gynecology practice. The reception desk should be polite, courteous, and approachable. Salary is $20 per hour with room to advance after the first year. First 3 months will be your probationary period. Monday 8am - 4pm Thursday 8am - 4pm Friday 8am-4:30pm 401K after 1 year available to our employees. Employee discounts on products and services
