Job Description:
A nonprofit organization is seeking a detail-oriented
Development Research Associate to support donor research and data
management for fundraising initiatives. Responsibilities Include:
Research prospective and existing donors using specialized research
tools and public sources Analyze donor capacity, philanthropic
interests, and giving history Maintain accurate donor profiles and
records in Salesforce Support data quality, reporting, and
dashboard monitoring Assist with organizing and maintaining donor
pipeline data Ideal Qualifications: Strong analytical and research
skills Highly detail-oriented and organized Comfortable working
with databases and structured data Ability to produce reliable and
accurate research Interest in development operations or nonprofit
