The mobile service technician will be responsible for providing on-site repair and maintenance services for Ford and Lincoln vehicles. This includes performing Mobile Service friendly recall repairs, installing special order parts as well as conducting routine maintenance tasks. The technician will travel to customer locations to perform services, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. All required tools for Mobile Service in van. When not performing Mobile Service the technician will be working in service at the dealership. Responsibilities: Ford or Lincoln Certification needed Travel to customer locations to perform on-site repair and maintenance services for Ford and Lincoln vehicles Certified to perform mobile friendly recalls Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within the specified time frame Maintain accurate records of all services performed Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on the status of repairs and addressing any questions or concerns Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Requirements: Prior experience as a mobile service technician or similar role Strong knowledge of Ford and Lincoln vehicles and their maintenance requirements Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills, both verbal and written Valid driver's license and clean driving record Weekdays with the ability to work Saturdays as required High school diploma or equivalent Benefits: Competitive compensation of $20 - $23 per hour Sign On Bonus Bonus paid out per trip Union Shop Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Ongoing training and development opportunities About the Company: Bright Bay Auto Group is a leading automotive dealership specializing in the service of Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
