Description Position at K&D Factory Service Commercial Kitchen Service Technician (Hot side) Multiple Locations Across Pennsylvania Full-Time Experienced Technicians Wanted (2 Years) K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2 years of industry or related experience to join our team! What You’ll Do: Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay) Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines What You Need to Apply: 2 years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems Driving record must align with our safety standards Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
