Job Description:

Liro Group, an esteemed leader in providing engineering and construction management services, is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects within our urban infrastructure enhancement division. This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing multiple large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Plan, oversee, and deliver construction projects from conception to completion. Review projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the work progress on a daily basis. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licences. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. Competency in conflict and crisis management. Strong leadership and human resources management skills. Excellent time and project management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. LEED Accredited Professional is a plus.
