Job Description:

Diversified & team-oriented company, Rondo-Pak, LLC/ Contemporary Graphic Solutions, seeking a Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. This person will be working on-site at our customer's location. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. Candidates should be able to work autonomously to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
Designing printed and digital material including but not limited to posters, banners, flyers, cards, invitations, logos, presentations, web graphics, and digital announcement slides. Adjusting and formatting print ready files for high-speed digital printer.

Poster Printing
Reformatting and adjusting existing artwork, color correction for wide format printer. Finishing, including mounting posters to foam board, laminating, and cutting.

Communications
Digital signage. Designing, posting, and maintaining slide schedules based on events in New Brunswick.
Act as page admin for customer's intranet site - posting articles and current events to the New Brunswick Home site.
Retrieving sales quotes from HQ for special and large projects beyond scope at customer.
Inventory
Keeping stock inventory of supplies needed in-house by ordering paper and ink.
Other duties as assigned.

Software Skills
Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Epson P9000 SureColor Printer
