are looking for an Architectural Project Manager & Designer who
sees every project — from a ground-up multi-family development to a
precision-engineered façade — as an opportunity to redefine the

residential and custom commercial projects, shaping interiors,
exteriors, and building façades that define communities. Work
across commercial projects including offices,
industrial/warehousing, retail, and specialty spaces like salons.

Directly influence project outcomes, client satisfaction, and the
growth of the GRA Design Studio brand. Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Project Management: Lead and manage architectural
projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to
the highest quality standards. Oversee and contribute to production
drafting and design, with hands-on involvement in custom
commercial, multi-family residential exteriors, interiors, and
façade detailing. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and
internal teams to define objectives, requirements, and
deliverables. Maintain project schedules, progress reports, and
coordination across teams. Ensure compliance with building codes,
zoning laws, and safety regulations. Coordinate with external
consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional
results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Project
Management, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in
architectural project management with hands-on multi-family
residential and custom commercial design experience . (Offices
(General & Medical), Industrial/Warehousing, Retail, Salons and
more) Proven track record with ground-up multi-family projects,
interior design, and façade work . Commercial experience across
offices, retail, industrial, and specialty spaces required.
Proficiency in project management software and architectural design
tools (Revit 3 years required, AutoCAD a plus). Strong
communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced
environment. Professional licensure in architecture preferred. Job
