The TS Lead Engineer will play a key role in deploying the next generation of Johnson & Johnson's e-commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities: --- Lead the overall architecture and strategy on the J&J Customer Connect (JJCC) e-commerce platform --- Drive the technical roadmap for current and future JJCC programs --- Act as the decision-maker for all global architectural decisions across the various regional and sector platforms --- Participate in design workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business and IT partners in support of new technology initiatives --- Benchmark capabilities with internal and external partners to provide the most cost-effective and efficient solutions --- Liaise with business, IT, and application maintenance partners to provide critical support and subject matter expertise through major JJCC project go-lives
