The Program Training Lead creates and drives execution of the Finance & Technology Solutions (FS & T) training strategy across all projects in the portfolio, for a large-scale Global Finance transformation initiative. This individual works closely with the Change, Communications & Training (CCT) Leader and collaborates with FS & T project leaders to identify training needs, assess training audiences, and develop and execute a training strategy that meets the needs of the FS & T organization and is aligned with the Global Finance Vision. This role is critical in creating a holistic and standard approach to adult learning across both large-scale implementations and ongoing projects. The primary focus will be to support the implementation of the Finance roadmap plans through effective training programs that will maximize employee engagement, minimize employee resistance and enable successful transition into the future state vision and mission. As the leader of all FS & T Program Training efforts, this individual is accountable for leveraging training capabilities across FS & T pillars and the Regional CCT Leaders to create innovative solutions for a training strategy at the global, regional, and local levels. This role applies adult learning best practices to strengthen J & J's business capabilities and value realization through an integrated training approach. Working closely with FS & T initiative leaders, the Program Training Lead oversees and may work directly with third-party vendors to ensure training materials and methods are aligned to the FS & T vision. Responsibilities Identify training needs across the program; partners with CCT Project Support, GPOs and Process Leads and/or vendors to develop and deliver training Leverage already-existing training capabilities within FS & T pillars to develop and execute the FS & T Program Training Strategy at the global, regional, and local levels Work closely with Regional CCT Leads to understand local training needs and subsequently tailor and execute an appropriate training approach Oversee third-party vendors or contractors creating training materials and resources to ensure proper localization efforts take place and that content is aligned to adult learning best practices and the Global Finance Vision Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting is required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as a MBA/Master's, CPA, CMA etc. or another equivalent is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of training experience within a large-scale, transformational business environment is required. High-level technical knowledge of large-scale EPM and SAP systems, specifically around user experience and adoption is required. Deep knowledge of launching and analyzing ongoing training and development needs assessments. Understanding of cross-regional differences, including variances in technical and behavioral skills necessary for high-performers across the global organization is required. Advanced speaking and facilitation skills to build train-the-trainer strategies and coordinate training sessions, enabling readiness for program deployments is required. Excellent communications and relationship-building skills to proactively determine learning needs and develop a holistic learning approach enabling employees to thrive in the future state. Experience in resource management in accordance with project design and needs is required. Excellent organizational skills to define and meet project milestones and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders is required. Flexible and adaptable; ability to thrive in ambiguous situations is required. Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively with and through others is required.
