of quality metrics collection and reporting internally within
Global Quality and GPS as well as externally (i.e FDA). Responsible
for the collection, reporting, and continuous improvement of
compliance-focused metrics including, but not limited to Global
Quality Metrics/Scorecard, Project Metrics, and Quality Council
Metrics. Responsible for generation of product complaint, product
surety and quality serialization reports/metrics per established
SOPs/frequency as well as all ad hoc requests, Develop
strategy/process and tools to collect, capture and report FDA and
other Health Authority required metrics predictive of
performance.Support to business and site functions as required.
Responsibility will include but not limited to sharing
knowledge/experience related to metrics, analytic tools (i.e.
Excel, Tableau), extracting/analyzing data, adhoc requests, and
troubleshooting/supporting/designing metric tools.Major Duties and
Responsibilities:Responsible for data collection, analysis, review,
and reporting of accurate and on time Global Quality monthly
metrics in a fast-paced environment that support Tier Councils.
Expertise with Tableau, SpotFire, and Microsoft Office 2016, with
focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to create,
manage, and troubleshoot complex linked excel files that contain
compound formulas and VBA coding that have network functionality.
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biologic Quality Assurance, cGMP, and
Quality Assurance software. Provide Communication of business
critical information of leadership from metric data, business
support (i.e.surveys), and adhoc data requests.Responsible to
complete required training and provide support for the Product
Complaints, Product Surety and Quality Serialization business
process activities.The successful candidate will also perform other
key activities that support the business such as SharePoint design,
data requests/analysis, and providing communication of business
critical information to leadership. The individual must be able to
work on multiple projects at one time and manage priorities based
on time lines. The candidate must be self-directed and work
independently with a high degree of professional integrity, be
highly organized, and be detail-oriented.Education:Bachelors
DegreeExperience/Knowledge:Minimum 1-2 years experience with data
- Experience with TrackWise, SharePoint, HTML, and Microsoft
Office 2013 expertise required.
- Proficiency writing macros and VBA, experience administrating
websites, and experience managing a database.
- Knowledge of data integration, field mappings, data
transformation, and data manipulation.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to quickly
identify issues in data analysis and issues resolution.
