Job DescriptionJohnson & JohnsonProject SigniFi is recruiting for a Finance Manager, Supply Chain Reporting to supportthe Enterprise Performance Management initiative.--The role will lead the achievement of the endstate reporting in both Management & Operational Reporting for corefinancial statements, OPEX reporting spanning the Supply Chain discipline. This position will provide support to Operational andManagement Reporting within EPM. This team is focused on improvingdecision-making and strategic advisory through fact-based insights &analytics, global metrics and automation. This positionprovides the opportunity to contribute to a highly visible and strategicenterprise initiative for the corporation. In addition, this role will providethe individual the opportunity to help shape global process transformation andefficiency with in the, Reporting & Analytics space. --The candidate willneed to be capable of independent visionary thinking and strong interactionwith user base and other Project SigniFi workstreams. Looking for a candidatewith strong leadership, broad based financial reporting experience, and technical/ systems capabilities, and the ability to influence and lead groups across theorganization. --Responsibilities:Support end-to-end efforts to design, document, and deploy industry-leading operational and management reports (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, KPI's) Capture reporting user stories from finance end users across the globeDesign reporting wireframes and mock-upsDevelop documentation of report functional specificationsPrepare and deliver training content Partner with business stakeholders, data team and process team to design reports, data mart architecture and help shape user storiesEstablish relationships with business SME's to gather reporting requirements and contribute to the future state report designCommunicate requirements to technical build team and partner with them to prototype reports within reporting tool while working in an agile manner.Position will manage 1 local Sr Analyst, and 1 off-shore Sr Analyst.QualificationsA minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance or related business.MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications is preferred.A minimum of five year's finance experience is required in the areas of diverse Supply Chain Finance positions, bringing leading practice capabilities is required. Possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills are required.Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or cross-sector Supply Chain finance reporting.The ability to work independently while working in a dynamic team environment , strong interaction with user base and other EPM workstreams , recommend, implement and own process improvements, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.Agile, progressive & creative mindset is crucial for this role.
