Business Operations will be accountable for establishing the
operational excellence / continuous improvement framework within
Clinical Supply Operations (CSO), establishing and managing a CSO
level portfolio and project management process for ---change the
business--- / strategic initiatives, while also supporting core CSO
business operationsEstablishes and manages the operational
excellence / continuous improvement framework within CSO, working
closely with PD Operational Excellence stakeholders and CSO
functional areas to identify, prioritize, and track execution of
opportunities across the organizationResponsible for driving,
facilitating, and/or ensuring appropriate resourcing for continuous
improvement projects and key strategic initiativesProvides
operational excellence expertise and guidance to process
improvement teams, and aids in building the organization---s
operational excellence capability (identifying training needs,
coaching individuals and teams)Establishes and manages portfolio
and project management processes required to execute the
organization---s ---change the business--- / strategic initiative
book of work; Provides direct project management support for key
initiativesCreates activities and timelines necessary to support
divisional changeWorks with senior leadership team and project
teams to identify and produce change management plans and
division-wide communicationSupports core CSO business operations,
such as budget management and tracking, ownership of CSO level
communication channels and business tools, and business analysis as
neededExperience Required:Demonstrated ability to effectively drive
and manage projects across a broad spectrum of contexts, including
business management activities and GxP processes or
operationsExtensive process improvement or operational excellence
training, such as lean practitioner, lean sigma, six sigma, and
hands on experience delivering projectsDemonstrated success leading
in a matrixed environmentStrong verbal and written communication
skills requiredBroad pharmaceutical development knowledge
preferred, with demonstrated experience working across different
R&D, manufacturing, and/or supply chain
functionsUndergraduate/graduate degree in a technical field, with
an MBA preferred; otherwise, extensive directly related experience
