Proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Position PurposeThe Senior Manager, Global Stakeholder Communication is responsible for the development and execution of a global internal and external communication strategy for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices (MD), aligned to business priorities. In this role you will work to develop, assess, and execute appropriate Medical Devices sector-wide communication strategies aligned to support and drive key programs and priorities for its Strategic Customer Group and Johnson & Johnson Institute (JJI). You'll work closely with business leaders, will collaborate across our communication team, and engage with a broad group of stakeholders to drive success.Responsibilities Include* Create loyalty and build our reputation with targeted HCPs and strategic customers. Foster and deepen relationships with internal partners (including, but not limited to: Strategic Customer Group, J&J Nursing Campaign, Medical Devices Field leadership and external stakeholders to amplify efforts and advance our innovation agenda.* Lead, coordinate and execute internal communication campaigns across multiple channels to drive employee engagement and alignment around key business priorities.* Further amplify storytelling through development and execution of MD-wide internal and external communications opportunities through compelling thought leadership strategies and tactics with executive leadership and in collaboration with the MD Media and Public Affairs team. Includes social/digital and speaking opportunities.* Provide customer-facing teams with key messages and support around issues and key business initiatives, in partnership with the Strategic Customer Group and marketing.* Create and manage priority events, symposia, innovation launches and a storytelling engine to promote areas of focus. Connect MD and J&J enterprise efforts, where applicable, to further amplify corporate brand development efforts and bring the MD 'Our Promise' to life.Qualifications* A bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.* A minimum of 8 years in Corporate or Strategic Communications, Marketing, or related field is required.* Experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred* Leadership presence - demonstrated ability to work with high-level business leaders, strong influence skills* Superior written and oral communication skills.* Strategic, independent thinker - ability to think big picture and dive into the details, as appropriate.* Experience working in a global function and across various functions and businesses.* Proven leadership and management of large, complex projects.
