This includes collaborating with GS Strategy & Deployment team in assessing financial impacts, modeling, and supporting financial analysis and scenarios planning. The role is also responsible for developing a framework for engagement, financial questions, and evaluation templates. The role will lead key financial discussions, provide financial updates and recommendations to business leads. The role has high exposure to senior GS leaders, cross functional business leaders, and manage a global team. Core responsibilities include:* Lead financial evaluations for all GS strategic projects and expansion opportunities. This includes:* Partner with finance partners to create base case financials* Collaborate with GS business partners to develop future state organization design and financial cost model for both headcount, IT and other discretional cost* Develop Financial value case (NPV, IRR, etc.)* Review with leadership, and align on funding across the business* Lead establishment of a financial reporting structure and charge out process for non-Global function related areas* Support GS transformational project strategic decision modeling to support value case analysis and scenarios planning across all levers (i.e. Location, spans, insourcing/outsourcing, differentiated services)* Estimate deployment costs for various deployment scenarios (i.e. dual staffing, severance, retentions)* The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver regarding performance by utilizing metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agilityRequiredQualifications* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting* A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience* Financial modeling experience* Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)* Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPreferred* MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent* Prior FP&A and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experienceJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
