ProStaff Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a great client in New Brunswick NJ 08901.

Direct Hire
$70K-$75K plus Benefits
The Benefits and Payroll Manager will be responsible for the administration and management of all employee benefits plans to include health and wellness, retirement, life insurance, disability, retirement, voluntary plans, and paid time off. This position will also manage the payroll system and processing for the organization. The Manager will assist with the development of an employee-oriented organization culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, disability, life insurance, leave of absence (FMLA), 401k, voluntary plans, and paid time off.

Responsible for running semi-monthly payroll and administration of all payroll related activities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business or related field.
5 years of experience independently administering payroll and benefits required.
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and payroll processes; familiarity with labor laws.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
