Job Description Hyacinth AIDS Foundation is NJ's largest
HIV/AIDS service provider and our Regional Service Managers ensure
that our customers are actively engaged in the full continuum of
care necessary to achieve the best health outcomes. RSMs serve as
the senior staff member within the site and are expected to
troubleshoot both customer concerns and manage internal staff.
Critical thinking skills are a must. Generally, the RSM supervises
all staff within the office and must have a strong understanding of
social work theory and be able to apply theory to practice. Must
also be able to supervise and coach staff associates. The RSM will
enforce a trauma-informed approach to service delivery including
language, office environment and service provision. Bi-monthly
customer case reviews must be held to ensure appropriate linkage to
care and follow-up on all customer referrals. Administrative
responsibilities include: Establish and maintain customer records
and ensure customer confidentiality. Prepare monthly reports in
accordance with agency policies and procedures. Review all staff
reports to ensure staff are meeting grant objectives both
programmatic and fiscal. Ensure quality assurance of service
delivery Control petty cash funds and monitor spending.
Professional responsibilities include: Serve as a primary liaison
with the broader community and actively seek individuals or groups
requiring services. Attend, participate and engage in community
meetings and maintain relationships with other community providers.
Provide written reports and maintain data as required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, plus 2-4 years of related
experience. Must have prior supervision experience. Demonstrated
ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and interests.
Microsoft Office 365 (outlook, word, excel) Result oriented and
ability to adapt to change Strong leadership skills Experience with
