Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, Tax Credit) is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Manage day-to-day operations of our community
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with the team (Management, Resident Services and Maintenance)
• Ability to lead the team, organize and prioritize work
• Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others
• Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents
• Ability to manage and problem resolve resident concerns
• The position requires in-person interactions with co-workers and customers. For everyone's safety, vaccination against COVID-19 is required as a condition of employment. The company will make reasonable accommodations when appropriate.
