US Tech Solutions is seeking a "Health Care Compliance Manager" for a 12 month contract position with a client in New Brunswick NJ Job Poster: Azhar Ali Khan Description: Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely. The HCC Program Management position will provide support overseeing the Global Pharmaceutical Compliance Program elements, with a focus on communications, project management, and data analytics. This individual will partner with the Director, Health Care Compliance Program Management - Pharmaceuticals to provide support to the Global Pharmaceutical HCC leaders and team, contractors, and HCC Professionals within the larger Organization, to support consistency of decision-making and approach to risk management. The individual may lead specific components of the Global Pharmaceutical compliance program, including but not limited to risk management, training, communications, metrics and reporting, and transactional and material reviews. As part of your involvement with various projects, you may support data management and quality, advance and descriptive analytics, and process & technical management supporting HCC processes. Job Responsibilities Qualifications: BA/BS Degree Risk Management and/or Risk Assessment experience and knowledge Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills required Ability to work in a complex business environment required, interacting with different levels of management in a cross-functional, cross-regional team environment required Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Forms, and Power Apps, preferred. Candidate will possess a high standard of work ethic and professionalism to co-workers and partners Preferred area of study: Business, Finance, Organizational Design, Information Management or a compliance-related field Ability to prioritize needs and implement system or process enhancements preferred. Experience working with database and reporting tools preferred. Prior experience and/ or training in analytics is required. Knowledge and experience in the application of web-based reporting tools, website maintenance and/or knowledge of SharePoint is a required. Work experience 5 plus.
