JOB DESCRIPTIONOur clientis searching for a professional, proactive, results oriented, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Trade MarketingDirector Spirits. The candidate will report to the VP Marketing Wine&Spirits and will drivetrade marketing activities for all the Spirits portfolio: he/she will be responsible for Disaronno Brand activities and will oversee/coordinate an Innovation Trade Marketing Manager in charge of innovation projects.A high growth portfolio of brands including Disaronno (Originale, Velvet), The Busker Irish Whiskey, Engine Gin, Tia Maria (Cold Brew, Matcha), and Zucca Amaro. This role will be based out of our office in Somerset, NJ. Responsibilities: Strategically planning and execution of the trade marketing activitiesfor Disaronno Brand both in the Off and On Premise (Cross promotions, POS materials) according to the Global Marketing guideline:o Collaborate with HQ and lead creative agencies on the developing of marketing toolso The candidate will be the reference person for the Point Of Sales materials coordinating the process between the different stakeholders (Suppliers, Sales Team and Distributors), managing their production, shipment, etc. and ensuring (and tracking) their execution on fieldo Liaise with our Trade Partner and Distributors on Cross Promo activities and ensure (and track) their execution on field To analyze sales data (sell in/ sell out) and provide reports on the business to assess performance and propose corrective actions where needed To drive Competitive Intelligence analysis To prepare ad hoc presentations in Power Point based on the needs (Sales meetings, Distributorsmeetings, HQ meetings) The candidate will also oversee the trade marketing activities proposed and implemented by the Innovation Trade Marketing Manager on The Busker, Engine and Tia Maria Requirements: Liqueur/Spirits industry is a must BS in Business Administration or related field Minimum 10years experience Demonstrable ability to lead and manage people, projects and activities Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Able to manage time effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office IRI system knowledge is a plusLOCATIONSomerset, New JerseyPAY$
