Global Experience Support Learning and Development


Global Experience Support Learning and Development. This position can be based in one of the Global Services Regional hubs (Tampa, FL; Prague, Czech Republic; Manila, Philippines; or Bogota , Columbia), or alternatively in New Brunswick, NJ.

The Global Experience Support Learning and Development will play a key role in the operationalization of the Learning and Development business processes. They will support the Global Experience Owner and Global Experience Leads in shaping, implementing and continuously refining a frictionless employee/customer experience supported by end-to-end processes.

The Global Experience Support in the Learning and Development space will support various continuous improvement projects, the collection of business and technology requirements, and create process documentation.

As the Global Experience Support, you will:
" Support the development and implementation of end-to-end processes while improving the employee and customer experience.
" Leverage and build relationships with BUHR and Corporate Services HR to support collecting of business needs/requirements.
" Support the Global Experience Owner and Global Experience Leads in ensuring operational excellence for Learning and Development initiatives and project execution.
" Provide insights to form the continuous improvement strategy roadmap including input on project prioritization.
" Provide and represent the voice of customers and partners on the Global Experience team.
" Support a culture of process improvement, innovation & transformation.
" Partner effectively with regional and global delivery teams to drive an optimal employee/customer experience.
Qualifications:
" A BA/BS degree is required.
" A minimum of 6 years experience in Operations, Learning & Development, or Human Resources required
" Proven experience in Project Management (e.g., project plans, status reports, communication plans, risk management plans, deliverables), working towards timelines and commitments
" Ability to facilitate discussions related to business processes with multiple stakeholders, summarize, and visually represent discussion via process flows
" Ability to focus on local detail with adherence to global standards required
" Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrixed global environment (cross culture and country) where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist
" Self-starter with strong business insight, innovative thinking, planning, and analytical skills required
" Experience working with multi-functional project teams, and a real passion for process improvement/design required
" A consistent track record of connecting with internal and external partners, with the ability to build trust and influence decision makers at all levels required
" Excellent communication and presentation skills
" Knowledge of Learning and Development processes and technologies strongly preferred
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio strongly preferred
" Project Management Certification, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Lean experience is preferred
