Job Description:

The position is ideal for an experienced Benefits Manager or Assistant Manager who will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and communication of the organization's benefit programs. This person will be responsible for all benefits and 401(k) administration.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for collaboration on all employee communications related to benefit programs.Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.Support management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.Manage the day-to-day administration of all employee benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k), Life Insurance and Disability Plans in corporate company operation.Reconcile benefits invoices statements.Conduct annual open enrollment for organization for multiple locations.Ensure benefit processes are documented and current.Ensure compliance with and maintain current knowledge of regulations related to employee benefits including but not limited to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Health Care Reform Act of 2010 (PPACA), and Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), FMLA and ADA and enforce adherence to requirements.Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and reporting KPI.Maintain benefit administration system by ensuring information is accurate and current, by completing auditing processMaintain confidential and accurate employee files.Assist with new hire onboarding related to communication and assisting with benefit selections for employeesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Equivalent Experience may be considered.3-5 years of experience in administration of HR/Benefits and 401(k) programs.Experience working in a centralized business environment.Strong analytical skills a must.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and awareness of deadlines.Must be a team player and be able to prioritize and multi-task in a high sense of urgency environment.Knowledge of best practices relating to payroll and benefit administration.Ability to maintain confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required, PowerPoint a plus.What We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
