(North America) Fleet Procurement. The position will be based in

every day, throughout the world.The Sr Manager NA Fleet Procurement
will be responsible for the Fleet Program in NA, in support of
approximately $0.2 billion in Fleet spend for Johnson & Johnson
Companies in NA. This spend is highly sophisticated in nature and
requires close collaboration with supplier leadership, business
leaders, and regional leaders with oversight in the areas of
Finance, Safe Fleet, Total Rewards and Sustainability. This leader
will implement the procurement strategy and deliver against NA
targets for financial performance, quality, service and
compliance.The Sr Manager, NA Fleet Procurement will report to the
Global Category Leader Fleet, and will be responsible for category
strategy development, business partner engagement, sourcing,
contracting, negotiating and supplier management in the NA
region.The scope of responsibilities for this regional role
includes:
- Implement the vision, strategy and implementation plan for
categories of spend that enable long-range business outcomes and
improve value for J&J partners
- Engage directly with suppliers and other senior leadership to
assure J&J and supplier objectives are aligned and met,
including quality, reliability, innovation and cost.
- Act as a business engagement leader, identifying business
demand requirements and delivering annual value improvements and
competitive advantage.
- Engage with business partners to ensure alignment by
understanding their long range requirements
- Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality,
innovation, and growth commitments
- Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to
include data review and analysis, performance management,
improvement of end-to-end value and innovation
- Identify, develop, and recommend the implementation of
Procurements goals and category strategies, based on deep subject
matter expertise and an informal understanding of industry/market
dynamics
- Identify and raise risks that may impact business outcomes.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience is
required.
- Proficient in core procurement areas of focus (e.g. Category
Management, Business Engagement and Supplier Management) is
required.
- Leadership, communication, influencing, collaboration skills
are required
- Must be able to prioritize requests and propose effective
cost/customer service alternatives.
- Must have the ability to demonstrate sound judgment and
creativity in developing when resolving issues.
- Sophisticated relationship management abilities at the
leadership level including customer orientation is required.
- Strong project and organizational change capabilities are
required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to
present sophisticated information is required.
- High level of credibility with internal customers, and with the
supplier community is required.
- Ability to see issues from multiple viewpoints and understand
differing needs of partners is required.
- Must demonstrate courageous leadership and ability to
influence
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes
in the external environment, while ensuring the organization can

- May require up to 10% domestic travel The base pay range for
this position is $113,000 - $195,500The Company maintains highly
competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current
guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance
bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The
annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an
incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for
individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/
performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion
