Summary The Digital Capability Manager (DCM) will work with a team
of Bristol Myers Squibb resources and Service Providers responsible
for the day-to-day operational support of Bristol Myers Squibb
Enterprise Integration middleware platforms. Primary focus will be
to provide application support for the Enterprise Integration Boomi
and Mulesoft iPaaS platforms, and delivery of new or enhancements
to existing Boomi Cell Therapy integrations in support of Bristol
Myers Squibb Cell Therapy Digital Platforms. Secondary will be to
assist, when needed, application operational support for other
middleware platforms owned by the Enterprise Integration
organization. Along with accountability for application operational
support, the DCM will have the opportunity to learn in-depth about
MuleSoft/Boomi platforms, become subject matter expert, provide
architecture/design guidance, and assist with the delivery of new
application integrations. Major Duties and Responsibilities The DCM
will report into the Lead for Operations & Support. To provide
application support the DCM will collaborate with Business,
Business Partners, IT Partners, and Delivery functions to
understand and resolve middleware application incidents and when
applicable to solution new and enhancement integration demand
and/or project requests. This role offers the selected candidate
the opportunity to interact with Bristol Myers Squibb professionals
globally, partnering with other IT organizations and business
organizations across the company. You will work with passionate and
motivated individuals. As a member of the Enterprise Integration
team, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into all
faucets of Bristol Myers Squibb businesses from early discovery to
manufacturing & logistics to commercial and financial operations.
You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Integration team
focused on fulfilling the Bristol Myers Squibb mission to discover,
develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail
over serious diseases. Key Responsibilities --- Day to day
application operational oversight of the Enterprise Integration
Boomi and Mulesoft platforms --- Accountable to work with
applications stakeholders and service providers for timely
resolution of incidents within BMS defined SLAs. --- Perform
hands-on incident resolution or enhancements for Boomi and MuleSoft
data integrations. --- Assist Boomi/MuleSoft platform teams in
platform upgrade activities --- Become Boomi/MuleSoft subject
matter expert and provide architecture/design guidance for data
integrations --- Collaborates with clients, developers, and vendors
to deliver Integration solutions related to our BOOMI technology
platform and Cell Therapy. New and/or enhancements solutions. ---
Collaborate with Infrastructure teams for capacity planning /
performance optimization --- Provides proactive and appropriate
communication (written and verbally) to technical and non-technical
stakeholders --- Ownership of Software Licenses, Maintenance &
Support agreements, and relationships with vendors ---
Strategize/Contribute to continuous improvement efforts of
middleware platforms --- Ensures compliance with required policies
and governances --- Proactively analyze and optimize Data
Integration performance Qualifications & Experience --- 5+ years of
Information technology experience in implementation and support of
enterprise systems --- Proven experience with Incident resolution
management (Includes communication with technical and non-technical
stakeholders) --- Technical understanding of iPaaS technologies
stack, AWS technologies, and web services --- 3+ years hands-on
keys experience with Integration platforms such as SoftwareAG
Webmethods, Boomi iPaaS, Mulesoft iPaaS --- Working experience with
Real-time API integration patterned solutions --- Understanding of
Cloud Services Platforms --- Proven experience as a member of
application development projects, exceptional working with
knowledge of common SDLC models --- 3+ years Support & operational
management/oversight experience --- Experience working with on and
offshore resourced teams --- Exceptional customer interaction and
communication skills, including interaction with non-technical
