Cognizant is looking for a Lead Business Analyst/Product Manager with 10 + years of experience. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Roles/Responsibilities:
---Works closely with Sr. Product Manager (PM) to understand the business needs and the priority.
---Defines Epics, and User Stories, maintains the backlog and the prioritization.
---Ensures that the product backlog is detailed enough for the development team.
---Reviews the development teams progress and output to validate the expectations.
---Gathers feedback on the Product evolution, Epics, User Stories from PO, and other stakeholders.
---Creates test scripts for validation.
---Tests the product that has been built by the Development team.
---Creates content playbooks (as needed)
---Participates in sprint planning, release planning and other agile ceremonies as needed.
---Has experience in writing user stories (agile delivery model)
---Life Sciences experience, experience in agile delivery methodology
---Experience in Veeva products is desirable.
---Experience in marketing content products/projects is desirable.

Essential Skills:
---Familiarity with agile is a plus.
---Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
---Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
---Team spirit and good communication abilities
---Good organizational skills

Required Qualifications:
---Bachelor's degree, preferably in software engineering, computer science, data analytics or a related field. MBA preferred.
---CSPO or SAFe PO/PM certified
---Work experience as a Product Owner or BA or similar role in product management
