The Corporate Business Technology (CBT) Strategy and Operations(S&O) team is an enabling function accountable for shaping the organizational strategy, managing our portfolio of products, and ensuring reliability and security of our product and platform operations. This role sits within Operations team in S&O and is seeking a creative problem solver that will be responsible for driving and measuring key Operational programs (i.e., Application and technology Life cycle management, (ALM/TLM), App Maintenance, Product Health, Security, Audits, Website Vulnerabilities, etc.) to support the technology ecosystem for Corporate Business Technology. This role is responsible for partnering with Product owners, Product group leaders and stakeholders within the security and Risk management team to meet organizational objectives. They have accountability for enabling key operational priorities and driving continuous process improvement to drive operational efficiency and strategic advantages. They will partner with all CBT Product groups, Portfolio Management Office, Enterprise Architecture, ISRM and Technology Services in developing standards, balanced processes, measures and analytics. They are also responsible for technology lifecycle management, tech burden reduction and risk remediation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive application and technology lifecycle management in line with our technology strategy.
  • Lead technology life cycle management including total cost of ownership.
  • Provide strategic and analytical support to aid the CBT organization in reaching established objectives.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Lead key initiatives that will enable Operational Excellence, efficiency improvements, and meticulous financial management.
  • Deliver fact-based and candid executive presentations to leadership regarding status, priorities, risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders to drive security, resiliency and reliability of our products and platforms.
  • Ensure organizational goals are met in a timely and compliant way.
  • Optimization of CBT Operations programs; CBT financial targets and the implementation, measurement and continuous improvement of technology programs and operations to improve efficiency and quality at lower cost.
  • Drive strategic organizational and people development activities including recruiting, retaining, and developing leaders across J&J, ensuring efficient organizational constructs and continuous updating organization skills/knowledge profile.
