  • The CX Activation Manager is responsible to host c ustomer v isits on site with different stakeholders (C-Level, Head of Materials, Partners from Academia and Lobby etc.) across different industries showcasing digital and physical proofpoints of our portfolio .
  • Leads regional CX activation strategy and steers brand portfolio and message house for CX on site visits and inspires the customers to partner with us or further strengthen their long-standing partnership with us around new solutions .
  • Creates different customer journeys according to persona needs.
  • Responsible for developing global content enhancements for local c ustomer e xperience s
  • Leads local CX centers commun ication with the aim to position Henkel as Thought Leader
  • Develops concrete action plans to mitigate content deviations or gaps
  • Supports central marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel Adhesive Technologies across all c ustomer t ouch points
  • Develops systematic approaches and programs to identify and map Customer Journeys for B2C and B2B
  • Generation of long-term and innovative ideas, as well as their development and implementation with technical functions

        The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
