Job Description:

DiversityInc is seeking a Client Fulfillment Manager to work with top companies in diversity and inclusion that are located across the country.--This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, customer-facing professional that has excellent relationship building skills and can work with and coach clients on diversity and inclusion data, programs, initiatives and best practices.--The Client Fulfillment Manager must have an ability to multitask effectively while supporting daily client phone calls, meetings and emails. He/She must be able to thrive in a virtual workspace where Interaction with leaders and co-workers may be via email, text and phone. This position requires a disciplined individual who can jump right into the work and who is able to work independently and manage their time effectively.--This manager must be able to contribute and collaborate well thru conference calls and virtual meetings. Training will be provided thru on the job activities.--This position is full-time and is located in New Brunswick, NJ. Responsibilities:--------------Partner closely with department head to support client relationships, meetings and client callsOwn relationships with clients and serve as a trusted, strategic advisor with a focus on growth, building long-term relationships and promoting products and servicesBecome an expert on our products and services and assist with existing client renewals and identifying opportunities to obtain new accountsEvaluate, research and ensure client emails and requests are addressed timely and appropriatelyMake service calls to clients in response to emails or voicemail inquiriesResearch, identify and communicate feedback and suggestions to clients seeking best practicesUse relationship building /account management techniques to motivate clients and new prospects to utilize our products and servicesHost monthly client calls to discuss branding needs and ensure fulfillment requirements are metAnswer inbound calls and emails to assist with inquiries, sales, use of website and questionsAssist with scheduling monthly client branding meetings and annual debrief meetingsReview monthly client reports to ensure fulfillment requirements are satisfiedDeliver diversity debrief meetings to clients as neededDevelop client presentations to support debrief meetings and to educate/inform clientsEnsure advertising and marketing branding requirements are satisfied for all eventsSupport addition and editing of content on DiversityInc Best Practices and DiversityInc websitesSupport monthly webinars by scheduling speakers, preparing presenters and hosting webinarsSupport planning of annual spring and fall events, promote attendance with clients, secure speakers Minimum Requirements:B.A. and 2-3 years account management experience OR 4+ years of account management experienceExcellent executive level presentation skillsOutstanding relationship building skills, high degree of responsiveness; ability to multi-taskHigh energy, positive personality, with ability to connect with people of different backgroundsHighly motivated and self-sufficient with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable goals and managing schedule efficiently and effectivelyComfortable using a range of technology platformsEstablish rapport with every client while providing a high level of knowledgeable supportCan-do attitude, self-starter with a willingness to assist in all functional areas as neededWorking knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills Please submit resume to Lissiah Hundley,
