We deliver lasting positive outcomes by offering a 360-degree continuum of care and fully supporting each of our clients in managing their life outside of treatment.SOBA New Jersey is currently hiring for RN's to join our growing team for our Per Diem Overnight position.Licensed Regestered Nursing personnel shall, at a minimum, be responsible for the following:Participating in the development of client treatment plans;Providing face-to-face health care monitoring for the facility's clients;Where medically and clinically appropriate, participating on the multidisciplinary treatment team; and providing required documentation in the client records.Only a registered professional nurse shall assess the nursing care needs of clients.All nursing services provided shall be documented in the nursing portion of the client care plan and shall comport with the facility's policies and procedures governing client documentation and with this subchapter.Qualifications:A minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Nurse RN with at least one year's experience in a residential setting providing service to a chemically dependent population.Will continue to engage in ongoing educational opportunities to maintain license and certifications within discipline.PI177046196SDL2017
