Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Landing Lane (Full time) #867 Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Landing Lane - Exempt - Full time - Outstanding benefits - The Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will assist the Nursing Home Administrator in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing home in accordance with current Federal, State, County and Local regulations of long-term care. In addition, is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services and achieving organizational objectives. In the absence of the Administrator, may assume coverage for the entirety of their location. Minimum Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator's License (LNHA)
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, required
• Minimum one (1) year leadership experience in long-term care with a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of geriatric population.
