Licensed Practical Nurse - Landing Lane (Per diem) #462
Licensed Practical Nurse - Landing Lane - Per diem, 7am-3pm or
3pm-11pm - The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for
providing nursing care to residents according to their individual
needs, including medication supervision, health monitoring,
assessing physical and mental capacity and developing
individualized care plans. This position requires overall teamwork,
collaboration, excellent leadership, communication and
interpersonal skills. The registered nurse is responsible for
leading by example, assessing resident care needs and taking
appropriate action to provide high quality care to all
residents.
