Our team of award-winning nurses is growing and we are looking for talented, compassionate APNs to join our team:The Nurse Practitioner (PNP) will be an integral part of the health care team, working with physicians, nurses and nursing or medical assistants to provide comprehensive high-quality ambulatory care, as appropriate to the ages of the patient's growth and development through the life cycle factors (Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics).The APN will:Assess and provide care for the patients under the direction of the collaborating physicianDocument care provided in the medical recordProvide educational activities which promote quality patient careRequirements: BS and MS in Nursing in an Advanced Practice Field with CDS and DEALicensed as a Registered Nurse and certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Jersey within area of specialtyTwo years' experience in an Ambulatory Outpatient SettingDemonstrates skill in the following:The ability to work independently in emergency situationsCritical thinkingQuality improvementManagement of acutely ill adult patientCollaboration with all healthcare team members
