Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Staff
Nurse-Pediatric Neurology in Pediatrics Child Neurology and
Neurodevelopmental Disabilities at Child Health Institute of New
Jersey.
In accordance with professional nursing standards, skillfully
administers total patient care based on the individualized needs of
assigned patients and families. In depth knowledge of child
development through adulthood required (birth-21 years). Pediatric
experience required. Recent experience preferred, within the past
three years, in the direct care of pediatric patients with
neurological diseases, including but not limited to epilepsy,
migraines, and head injury. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a
strong clinical nursing background and excellent interpersonal
skills with experience working both collaboratively and
independently within scope of practice as part of the pediatric
subspecialty team. Highly organized, and able to work
simultaneously on multiple projects with constantly shifting
priorities, and the ability to multitask in a constantly changing
environment.
