Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Department (ED) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hours, 3 days per week Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment required, with recent ED experience within the past six months License: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license Certifications: - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) - Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association (AHA) Must-Have: - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans - Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services - Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel Job Description: - Provide specialized and innovative emergency services - Handle an array of emergency situations for patients of all ages - Quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with physical and mental health conditions - Prioritize injuries and medical needs effectively - Respond to trauma situations with quick and decisive actions
