Your role will involve implementing individualized treatment plans and providing hands-on support to help patients regain mobility, strength, and overall function.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance recovery.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy.
  • Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
  • Collaborate with the rehab team to provide comprehensive patient care.Qualifications:
    • Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Pennsylvania.
    • Experience in an outpatient, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or rehabilitation setting preferred.
