Job Description:
Seeking a competent nurse with independent practice in a
clinical setting to provide routine and complex patient care,
delegate tasks, and develop long-term plans.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process,
administering medications, documenting patient data, and educating
patients and families.
Adheres to standards in patient safety, quality care, and
regulation compliance, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Requires BSN preferred, RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year
of related experience.
Work schedule is full-time, 7AM-7PM. The role emphasizes critical
thinking, effective communication, unit management, and safety
protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
