Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 4 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel CT Technologist/n/n Location/n New Jersey /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Tuesdays through Saturdays. Holidays as needed. /n/nJob Description/n The CT Technologist performs computer tomography procedures, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation, and assists with interventional and therapeutic procedures. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Performs complex CT procedures and uses professional judgment to review and obtain patient clinical histories. /n - Prepares and reviews the accuracy of contrast questionnaires with patients and/or family members. /n - Identifies and administers contrast media related to CT exams as prescribed. /n - Verifies patient prescriptions and communicates with Radiologists and Referring Physicians for additional clinical information. /n - Responsible for obtaining and scheduling outside studies in PACS. /n - Evaluates radiographs for diagnostic value and proper identification. /n - Preps patients for scanning and determines appropriate types and doses of contrast. /n - Monitors patients' conditions during procedures for any adverse reactions. /n - Maintains appropriate documentation and communicates relevant information to patients. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - At least 2 years of CT experience required (5 years preferred). /n - Experience with GE Equipment, Epic EMR, and Fuji PACS is required. /n - ARRT license and CT certification required. /n - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association required within three months of hire date. /n - New Jersey DEP Diagnostic Radiography License required. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
