be considered. A specialized nursing role is available in Vineland,
NJ, supporting critical care needs in an acute clinical setting.
This position is designed for a registered nurse with experience in
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and inpatient care, providing essential
support to emergency department holds. It offers a focused 48-hour,
eight-week contract with four 12-hour shifts per week, including
every other weekend and at least one holiday shift if needed.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Current RN license in NJ
or compact state - Proven experience in Progressive Care Unit
(Step-Down) and inpatient care - Familiarity with emergency
department (ED) procedures is a plus - Certifications required:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (American Heart Association only) - Experience
with Cerner electronic charting system Responsibilities: - Provide
patient care for Step-Down and Acute Care holds within the
emergency department - Collaborate seamlessly with the ED and other
clinical units to manage patient flow - Participate fully in
orientation and training, including virtual and in-person sessions,
ensuring compliance with hospital standards - Maintain accurate and
timely electronic documentation - Adhere strictly to clock-in
procedures with hospital-issued badge Schedule: - Four 12-hour
shifts per week (48 hours total) - Weekend shifts every other
weekend - At least one holiday during contract duration, if
required This role is contract-based for eight weeks, with the
possibility of extension. Candidates must complete orientation
fully; non-completion will result in termination. Orientation
includes virtual welcome meetings, health module completion,
in-person classes, unit-based orientation, and badge issuance
