Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal
Medicine Physician to join a dynamic team in providing
comprehensive healthcare services. This role involves diagnosing
and treating a wide range of conditions, focusing on long-term,
comprehensive care in the outpatient setting, managing both common
and complex illnesses of adolescents, adults, and the elderly. As a
care provider, you will be responsible for comprehensive patient
health management in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team,
aiming to deliver patient-centered, holistic care. Provide full
scope of primary care services including but not limited to
diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and
health maintenance to a diverse patient population. Develop a
patient-oriented approach towards management of chronic diseases
and acute conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals as needed, referring patients to specialists when
necessary. Maintain a steady communication with patients and their
families, ensuring clarity in the healthcare process and promoting
healthcare prevention strategies. Stay current with developments in
medical technologies and healthcare practices. Strong diagnostic
skills and proficiency in treating a variety of health conditions
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing Ability
to build rapport with patients and team members Adept at
multitasking, managing multiple priorities and achieving objectives
Highly skilled in electronic medical record (EMR) software Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid state
medical license
