Registered Nurse – New Jersey Start Date: March 16, 2026 Location:
Jersey City, New Jersey Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 35.25 hours per week, every other weekend
required, no block scheduling Highlights: Work with a diverse
patient population including acute renal failure, GI surgery, CVAs,
traumatic brain injuries, and ventilated patients Collaborative
critical care environment with patient ratios of 1:1-3 in critical
care settings Epic charting system for streamlined documentation

Active New Jersey or Compact RN license required at time of
submission Minimum 1.5 years of acute care experience in Neuro ICU
or Surgical ICU BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
required at time of submission Strong EKG interpretation and
dysrhythmia management skills Proficiency with Pulmonary Artery
Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, TAVR/TAVI procedures, and insulin
protocols Experience with CVVHD/CRRT, lumbar drains, external
ventricular drains (EVD), post-neurosurgery management, and
ventilator management Strong IV skills including central line
management, arterial lines, and titration of vasoactive and cardiac
drips Experience with trauma level II patients required; trauma
level I experience preferred IABP, Impella, and LVAD experience
preferred Epic charting experience preferred Must be available to
