Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on
the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient
health and record signs within electronic health records systems.
Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, observe and
monitor patients' conditions, and communicate effectively with
doctors. Educate patients and their families on prevention and
healthy habits. Facilitate timely patient admissions, transfers,
and discharges. Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely
intervention. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards of practice. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health
records Ability to adapt to dynamic environments Strong ethical
grounding in patient confidentiality and care Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification from the American Heart Association Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
