Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Per Diem
(PRN) Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in
Rahway, New Jersey. This position offers the flexibility of per
diem scheduling while providing high-quality care to patients in a
dynamic MedSurg setting. As part of our team, you will work
alongside top healthcare professionals, leveraging state-of-the-art

growth. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients
based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor,
record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer
medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Modify
patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and
conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong
clinical skills with a focus on surgical and medical practices
Ability to operate or learn to operate medical equipment Superior
communication skills for explaining procedures and treatments to
patients Strong observational skills to accurately identify
symptoms, reactions, and changes in patients’ conditions Physical
stamina for long shifts Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of New Jersey Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
preferred
