Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee our nursing staff and ensure that our high standards of care are met. In this role, you will be integral to our mission of delivering top-notch rehabilitation services and compassionate long-term healthcare solutions. As a leader in our facility, you will manage, train, and guide staff while maintaining compliance with all local and federal healthcare regulations. Supervise and schedule nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Conduct performance reviews, and provide continuous feedback and training to nursing personnel. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement protocols for patient care and safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate integrated patient services. Address and resolve any issues related to staff or patient care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and patient care software Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Skilled in conflict resolution and staff management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
