We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate team, where you will play a critical role in administering care and supporting our patients’ recovery journeys. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment and is committed to using their clinical skills to deliver the highest quality care. Monitor patient health and record signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. Collaborate with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health care and post-treatment care plans. Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure the compassionate handling of all patients. Strong practical nursing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid nursing license (LPN) required. CPR certification preferred.
