(LADC), LCSW, LMSW, LPC Location: Danbury, CT (Hybrid – In-Person &

psychiatric and therapeutic care to children, adolescents, and

the therapy room. Position Overview The therapist will provide
substance use evaluations, individual counseling, relapse
prevention group, and coordinate care with our psychiatric
providers and therapists. The ideal candidate is comfortable
working independently while collaborating within a team-based
environment. Experience in substance use disorder need.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments
Provide individual/and or group substance use counseling Develop
and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and
compliant documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, PA,
and therapists Provide relapse prevention and psychoeducation
